About Us
Fairview Estates started in 1980 as a mobile home dealer selling single, double, and modular homes. In 1985, we developed Fairview Estates mobile home park with 60 sites and expansion approved for 36 additional sites. In 1989 we developed Rockwood Village mobile home park with 40 sites and expansion approved for an additional 35 sites.
